Beside your own beach, grab your towel and a cooler and  you can walk about 100 feet along the ocean to get into the Saventa Beach & Picnic free beach. Here the sandy beach slopes gradually into the ocean. Even though it's open for anyone, you won't find it very crowded like those beaches in the northern hotels.
  From the front balcony of your guest bedroom, you can see  Mt. Arikok (577 feet) and Mt. Jamanota (617 feet) Aruba highest mountains east of the Arikok National Park. It's only 8 miles and 15 minutes by car to get to the park. Hiking on trail of the park can be guided by rangers or yourself. You can see several animals endemic to Aruba. The Aruba cat-eyed snake, Aruban whiptail lizard, Aruban burrowing owl and Aruban parakeet. Arikok's most interesting feature are its caves. In the area known as the Seroe Colorado north along the coast, Fontein Cave Guadiriki Caves, Huliba Cave (known as the Tunnel of Love) is an easy walk - but you need a flashlight.

Smith Blvd. to get a bus to Oranjestad for all the Casinos and Parties in Aruba by Night. Of course, a car rental is the way to go, but taxis, mopeds, and bicycles are available too.
